On the show this week we start out with introductions and the All A Tweetie segment, then we discuss clips of UFC Fighter Jeff Molina nuking critics of his Pride Month attire, John Oliver tearing apart the push to send more police into schools, and Matthew McConaughey pushing for gun laws at the White House. Next we discuss clips of Pete Buttigieg saying gas pricing is not set by a dial in the White House, Rep. Liz Cheney denouncing the January 6 conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election, Rep. Jamie Raskin blasting the Electoral College as an undemocratic relic of the Constitution, Nicolle Wallace discussing the FOX News announcement that they would not broadcast the January 6th Committee Hearing, and then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a parody of the FOX News counter programming lineup. Then we discuss clips of Stephen Colbert roasting FOX News for not showing the J6 Committee Hearing, Rep. Liz Cheney laying out the Committee findings of the White House and the Proud Boys’ involvement in the insurrection to stop Congress from counting the votes of the Electoral College, and Capitol Police Officer Caroline Edwards describing her injuries and the hand to hand combat she experienced with the insurrectionists. Then we close out the show discussing clips of Morning Joe discussing FOX News’ decision not to air the Hearing as a dereliction of journalistic duty, Rep. Benny Thompson inviting Trump to testify if he can avoid perjuring himself, and Stephen Colbert’s hilarious recap of the J6 Committee Hearing.
