Show Art - Cornu-dopia

On episode 631 of The Tim Corrimal Show, I am joined at the round table with Joe (@Marnus3 on Twitter) from The Poorly Written Political Blog, Francie (@Francie57 on Twitter), Seth (@SethP23 on Twitter) from the VEGANesp Blog, and Justice Putnam (@justiceputnam on Twitter) from NetrootsRadio.com and http://www.dailykos.com/user/justiceputnam.

On the show this week we start out with introductions and the All A Tweetie segment, then we discuss a clip of Sen. John Barrasso fumbling when George Stephanopoulos asked him about Trump’s defense of ‘Hang Mike Pence’ chants. Next we discuss clips of Rep. Jim Clyburn comparing Michael Flynn to Thomas Payne’s definition of ‘Sunshine Patriots’, RFK Jr. downplaying COVID and falsely claiming that Democrats took away everyone’s Constitutional rights over the last year, the Morning Joe crew mocking Trump’s tantrum after Sen. McConnell disinvited him from the Biden Inauguration, and Nicolle Wallace calling out Chris Christie for writing a book about conspiracists and ignoring FOX News. Then Joe gives us another hilarious Clown Car Update with a Thanksgiving list of things he is and isn’t thankful for this year and then we discuss clips of CNN reporting that the QAnon Shaman was sentence to 41 months in prison, Jon Karl telling Anderson Cooper that top Republicans believe that Rep. Paul Gosar is not all there and has lost it, as well as Ana Navarro saying that Rep. Gozar and the GOP need to stop stalking and threatening Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Next we discuss clips of the Senate Confirmation hearing for Dr. Saule Omarova, who President Biden nominated to head the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency at Department of Treasury, where Sen. John Kennedy tried to infer that she was a Communist and then Sen. Elizabeth Warren compared Kennedy’s questions of being right out of Joe McCarthy’s 1950 red scare tactics. And we close out the show discussing clips of Lawrence O’Donnell’s reaction to Rep. Kevin McCarthy’s speaking about the Build Back Better Act, Jen Psaki roasting McCarthy’s marathon speech with a mocking list of highlights, as well as Joy Reid reacting to the Rittenhouse verdict.
